2. Upon successful completion of purchase and delivery of (the product), HELM Audio will send an email to the email address associated with your order that will include a redemption code to begin your 3 month free trial to the Tidal HiFi Streaming Service.

This TIDAL offer is open only to new Tidal users who do not already have a Tidal account. 

If you activate the TIDAL offer set forth herein, you will receive a free trial of 3 (three) months of access to the so-called “HiFi” tier of the TIDAL Music Service.

At the end of the free trial period, your subscription to the Service will automatically renew, and you will be required to pay for the subscription.  For the “HiFi” tier, the price is $19.99 (USD) per month.  To avoid any charges, you must cancel before the end of the free trial.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL, you may do so by visiting your account settings page (https://tidal.com/account), going to the section called “Subscription” and clicking on “Cancel my subscription.”  TIDAL will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests within two business days from the receipt of the cancellation request.
