30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from directly from we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, valid from the date of purchase. The refund amount is determined on the actual price paid for the HELM product(s).

Please be advised that we must receive the product(s) and you are responsible for the shipping cost to ship the product back to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

To qualify for a refund:

Request a return authorization from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a return authorization, please email HELM Customer Service at Subject: Return Request & Your Name.

  1. The email should include your order # and a copy of the receipt (or screenshot) to validate the proof of purchase and date of purchase.
  2. Reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will follow up with you via email and once processed we will issue a return authorization # and instructions on where to return.

You must return the Product to HELM Audio to receive a refund and in accordance with the following conditions. Please remember: The return authorization number must be included with your returned product.

  • Products being returned must be in good condition. This means that products, plus all components and accessories that were included with the product at purchase, must be;
  • Fully working, with no signs of physical or internal damage. 
  • Clean with no stains, scuffs or scratches.
  • Re-packed in original packaging (packaging must also be in good condition, free from damage, stains, scuffs and scratches)
Once your returned product has been assessed and deemed in an unused and original condition, we submit refund requests immediately. You will see the refund as a credit to your original purchase method that takes approximately 5-10 business days.


Additional terms and conditions:

Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to HELM.

If you return a Product to HELM (a) without your return authorization number provided by the HELM support team or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, HELM retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or deduct a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

We are only able to refund orders that were purchased directly though We sadly cannot refund orders done through other retailers, any pursuit of a refund must be done where the item was originally purchased.
