If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from directly from helmaudio.com we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, valid from the date of purchase. The refund amount is determined on the actual price paid for the HELM product(s).
Please be advised that we must receive the product(s) and you are responsible for the shipping cost to ship the product back to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
To qualify for a refund:
Request a return authorization from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a return authorization, please email HELM Customer Service at support@helmaudio.com. Subject: Return Request & Your Name.
You must return the Product to HELM Audio to receive a refund and in accordance with the following conditions. Please remember: The return authorization number must be included with your returned product.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to HELM.
If you return a Product to HELM (a) without your return authorization number provided by the HELM support team or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, HELM retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or deduct a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
We are only able to refund orders that were purchased directly though helmaudio.com. We sadly cannot refund orders done through other retailers, any pursuit of a refund must be done where the item was originally purchased.
